Nominal voltage, actual high/low readings, frequency and repeated outage behaviour.

Load

Appliance type, running current, starting current and whether several devices share the output.

Protection scope

High/low voltage cut-off, delayed restart, surge, overcurrent and installation-level protection are separate questions.

For compressor appliances: ask whether the delay restarts after a new voltage fluctuation or merely accumulates separate periods of normal voltage. The operating logic matters more than the words “3-minute delay” alone.
